维度与尺度：学校体育惩戒“度”的审视

摘 要：学校体育惩戒“度”问题一直是中小学体育教育教学实践中的敏感话题。研究从法 律、伦理、社会、身体、心理维度来审视学校体育惩戒的“度”，认为学校体育惩戒应当遵循健康 第一原则、可测量性原则和不可接触原则，综合考虑体育教学特征和学校体育特点，设置学校体 育惩戒因素和惩戒度。基于学校体育惩戒原则、惩戒度划分标准和《国家学生体质健康标准》，将 学校体育惩戒尺度划分为一般惩戒、较重惩戒和严重惩戒，为提升中小学体育管理水平和体育教 学质量提供参考。

Abstract: The degree of punishment in school physical education has always been a sensitive topic in the teaching  practice of physical education in primary and middle schools. From the perspective of legal system, ethics, society,  body and psychology, this study examines the dimension and scale of punishment in school physical education. The  research shows that school physical education punishment should follow the health first principle, measurable  principle and untouchable principle, comprehensively considering the characteristics of physical education teaching  and features of school physical education, and setting school sports disciplinary factors and punishment degree.  Based on the punishment principle of school physical education, classification standards of the punishment degree,  and the National Standards for Physical Fitness and Health of Students, divides the punishment scale of school  physical education into general punishment, severe punishment and severe punishment, and provides reference for  improving the management level and the teaching quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools.
