| （天津职业大学 体育部，天津 300410） 摘 要：为促进当下全运会群众比赛如何更好地开展，对困扰全运会群众赛事的参赛资格、项目设置、办赛模式、激励机制、组织管理等相关问题进行分析，并针对性地提出相关解决对策：参赛资格方面同意退役运动员参赛并加强参赛人员资格审查监督；项目设置方面应设计增设项目的准入评估程序和建立评价指标体系；办赛模式方面要建立适合全运会群众比赛扩大规模后的办赛模式；激励机制方面着眼于全运会群众比赛评价体系的改革；组织管理方面要注重全运会群众比赛组织管理过程中的细节性问题。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Tianjin Vocational Institute，Tianjin 300410，China) Abstract: In order to explore the future development trend of the Mass Games of the National Games (MGNG), to boost the better development of the MGNG nowadays, and to provide reference for the strategic development of the National Games, the author analyzed related issues such as qualification, event setup, competition mode, stimulation mechanism, organization and management, etc, and pertinently put forward related solutions: in term of qualifica-tion, allow retired athletes to participate and strengthen participant qualification examination supervision; in terms of event setup, an added event admittance evaluation procedure should be designed and an evaluation index system should be established; in terms of competition mode, a competition mode suitable for the situation after the scale of the MGNG is expanded should be established; in terms of the stimulation mechanism, the reform of the MGNG evaluation system should be focused on; in terms of organization and management, mainly detailed issues in the process of MGNG organization and management are involved. |
