(河北科技师范学院 体育与健康学院,河北 秦皇岛 066004) 摘 要:“健康中国”建设对学校体育提出了新的更高要求,传统体育教育专业人才培养模式很难承担“健康中国”建设中所要求的重任。从顺应“健康中国”建设改革专业人才培养体系角度提出培养新型体育教师的思路:变革体育教育专业人才培养目标和规格;加强专业学科支撑,调整内容构建新型课程教材体系;实施开放式教学为大学生提供量身化定制和个性化服务;加强实践教学体系的改革力度,重视健康促进能力的培养;改革考核评价体系,将指挥棒指向学生真实职业能力形成;按“双师”“双能”型教师标准加强体育专业师资队伍建设。 |

It is very difficult for the traditional mode of cultivation of physical education professionals to undertake the important tasks required in the construction of “Health in China”. From the perspective of reforming the professional cultivation system by conforming to the construction of “Health in China”, the authors put forward the following ideas for cultivating new-style physical education teachers: reform physical education professional cultivation objectives and specifica-tions; strengthen professional discipline support, adjust the contents to build a new-style curriculum and textbook system; implement open teaching to provide university students with customized and personalized service; strengthen the reform of the practical teaching system, value the cultivation of health promotion abilities; reform the examination evaluation system, point the baton to the formation of the students’ real occupational abilities; strengthen physical education professional teacher team construction according to “double-qualification” and “dou-ble-ability” teacher standards. |
