| （1.华中师范大学 体育学博士后流动站，湖北 武汉 430079；2.湖北文理学院 体育学院，湖北 襄阳 441053） 摘 要：以“身体与国家政治，体育与国家关系”为切入点，围绕概念认知、哲学依据、时代困境、实现策略4个方面的内容，按照“修身立德、立德树人、文化育人”的逻辑思路，对大学体育“立德树人”进行研究，认为：“德性”培养与“人性”塑造是大学体育教育者和管理者的责任和使命。古希腊体育的工具理性和现代大学体育的时代要求，为大学体育“立德树人”提供了哲学依据。学科建设发展滞后、教师德性教育懈怠、仪式教育价值异化、馆藏文化严重缺失是我国大学体育“立德树人”的现实困境。应从加快学科发展，提升专业话语；加强教师教育，培养德性修为；强化仪式教育，实现价值回归；推进馆藏建设，凸显文化育人4个方面探索我国大学体育“立德树人”的实现策略。 |

| （1.School of Physical Education，Central China Normal University，Wuhan 430079，China；2.School of Physical Education，Hubei College of Arts and Sciences，Xiangyang 441053，China) Abstract: Starting with “the relationships between the body and national politics as well as between sports and the na-tion”, by sticking to contents in such 4 aspects as concept cognition, philosophical criteria, epochal predicaments and realization strategies, according to such logic ideas as “body shaping and morality establishment, moral establishment and people cultivation, people education with culture”, the author studied “morality establishment and people cultiva-tion” by university physical education, and put forward the following opinions: “morality” cultivation and “humanity” shaping are the responsibilities and missions of university sports educators and managers; the instrumental rationality of sports in ancient Greece, and epochal requirements of modern university physical education, provide philosophical cri-teria for “morality establishment and people cultivation” by university physical education; lagged discipline construc-tion development, sluggish teacher morality education, ceremony education value alienation, and the serious lack of li-brary collection culture, are the realistic predicaments of “morality establishment and people cultivation” by university physical education in China. The author proposed to probe into realistic strategies for “moral establishment and people cultivation” by university physical education in China from the following 4 aspects: speed up discipline development, promote professional discourse; strengthen teacher education, cultivate moral behaviors; intensity ceremony education, realize value return; boost library collection construction, highlight people education with culture. |
