| （新疆警察学院 警体教研部，新疆 乌鲁木齐 830013） 摘 要：对健美运动蕴含的美、健美运动中国化的审美困境及未来发展导向进行分析，研究认为健美运动的肌肉美源于人类对原始力量的尊崇、肤色美体现为太阳崇拜的延续、体型美遵循数字和谐的思想、内在美彰显身体的解放和人性的高贵；健美运动在中国的审美困境，受到中国传统文化、封建纲常思想、中西方不同审美取向和科学技术介入的影响；在未来，中国健美运动的发展，需要避免市场和科技的粗暴干预，同时应以追求自然美为基本导向，以追求体验美为价值归属。 |

| （Department of Police Training，Xinjiang Police College，Urumqi 830013，China) Abstract: By means of literature data and logic analysis, the author analyzed the beauty contained in bodybuilding, and the Chinese aesthetic dilemma and future development orientation of bodybuilding, and put forward the fol-lowing opinions: as for bodybuilding, its muscle beauty originates from human beings’ worship of primitive power, its skin beauty is embodied as the continuity of sun worship, its figure beauty follows the ideology of number har-mony, and its intrinsic beauty highlights body liberation and humanity nobleness; the aesthetic dilemma of body-building in China is affected by Chinese traditional culture, feudal ethics ideology, Chinese and western different aesthetic orientations, and the radical intervention of science and technology; in the future, for the development of bodybuilding in China, it is necessary to avoid the rough intervention of market and technology, and to base the ba-sic orientation on pursuing natural beauty, to base the value attribution on pursuing experience beauty. |
