| （长沙理工大学 体育学院，湖南 长沙 410114） 摘 要：以国家治理现代化为视角，通过分析全民健身治理现代化面临的机遇与挑战，梳理全民健身治理现代化的路径。认为在国家治理、体育法治化以及大众健身意愿日益增强背景下，全民健身治理迎来重要机遇，但多主体合作共治、多向度互动协商、科学化运作程序，以及利益多方共赢尚未形成，对全民健身治理现代化提出了严峻挑战。构建多元主体合作共治模式，使多主体有序参与到全民健身多元共治的新治理结构中；以新型的“网格化”互动协商机制为重点，有效激发社会体育民间组织以及民众个体自身的能量；采用科学化运作程序，保障各治理主体的参与权与成果分享权，是全民健身治理现代化的现实路径。 |

| （School of Physical Education，Changsha University of science & Technology，Changsha 410114，China) Abstract: Based on country governance modernization as the perspective of analysis, by analyzing opportunities and challenges faced by national fitness governance modernization, the author pointed out path choices, and drew the fol-lowing conclusions: under the background of ever increasingly intensified country governance, sports legalization and fitness desire of the public, national fitness governance faces important opportunities, however, multi-subject coopera-tive governance, multidimensional interactive negotiation, scientific operating procedures and an interest win-win situation of multiple parties, have not been formed yet, which puts forward serious challenges to national fitness gov-ernance modernization. To establish a mode of multi-subject cooperative governance to let multiple subjects to orderly participate in the new structure of national fitness multi-subject governance, to effectively stimulate the energy of social sports civil organizations and individuals themselves based on new grid style interactive negotiation mechanism as the key, to assure the participation right and achievement sharing right of various governance subjects by adopting scien-tific operating procedures, are realistic paths to national fitness governance modernization. |
