“立德树人”背景下学校体育的育人价值

摘      要：学校体育的育人价值在于：增进学生身体健康、培养学生爱国意识与积极进取精神；培养学生公平与公正意识、正确的竞赛胜负观；培养学生合作精神与社会道德。提出了新时期学校体育深化改革过程中进一步实现“育人价值”的策略：正确处理“教书”与“育人”的辩证关系；正确处理“立德”与“育人”的辩证关系；坚持尊重个性和个别差异，为每个学生提供均等的教育机会；大力提高体育教师的师德水平。

Abstract: In the author’s opinion, the connotations of school physical education’s student education value are as follows: enhancing student’s physical health, cultivating student’s patriotic awareness and active enterprising spirit; cultivating student’s fairness and justice awareness and correct competition winning or losing view; cultivating stu-dent’s cooperative spirit and social morals. The author put forward the following strategies for school physical edu-cation to further realize “student education value” in the process of deepening reform in the new period: correctly handle the dialectical relationship between “student teaching” and “student education”; correctly handle the dialec-tical relationship between “moral establishment” and “student education”; keep respecting personality and individ-ual differences, provide each student with equal education opportunities; greatly enhance physical education teacher’s professional moral standard.
