(华中师范大学 体育学院,湖北 武汉 430079) 摘 要:为全面了解我国中小学初任体育教师的专业发展现状,对中小学初任体育教师的专业理想、专业知识结构、能力结构、科研意识等方面进行调研,结果表明我国初任体育教师专业发展现状主要呈现以下特征:专业引领无序;职业认同危机;知识面广而新,但实践性知识缺乏;运动技能扎实,但专业能力不适;人际交往受挫;专业自主性较差,教学科研意识淡薄。为更好地促进我国中小学体育教师的专业发展,研究提出了终身学习、行动研究、教学反思、同事互助、专业引领等发展策略。 |

(School of Physical Education,Central China Normal University,Wuhan 430079,China) Abstract: In order to comprehensively understand the current situation of professional development of newly em-ployed physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in China, the authors investigated the profes-sional ideal, professional knowledge structure, ability structure, research ability and such of newly employed physi-cal education teachers in elementary and middle schools in China, and revealed that the current situation of profes-sional development of newly employed physical education teachers in elementary and middle schools in China mainly showed the following characteristics: unordered professional guidance; occupation recognition crisis; having extensive and new knowledge, but lacking in practical knowledge; having solid sports skills, but inadequate profes-sional ability; being frustrated in interpersonal communication, having poor professional independency and weak teaching research awareness. In order to boost the professional development of physical education teachers in ele-mentary and middle schools in China, the authors put forward the following strategies for development: lifetime learning; action study; teaching retrospection; mutual helping between colleagues; professional guidance etc. |
