广东省大学生运动休闲行为及休闲的价值取向

摘      要：采用问卷调查法对广东省部分高校学生休闲行为和休闲价值取向进行了研究，结果表明，广东省大学生业余生活中，静态休闲活动多于动态休闲活动；单独休闲多于社交休闲。其休闲中重休息、轻休养的价值取向，反映了当前大学生休闲观的偏颇和大学休闲教育的缺失。

Abstract: By means of questionnaire survey, the author studied leisure behaviors and leisure value orientations of students in some universities in Guangdong province, and revealed the following findings: in the extracurricular life of college students in Guangdong province, there are more static leisure activities than dynamic leisure activities, and more individual leisure activities than social leisure activities; their leisure value orientations focus more on resting than on recuperating, which reflects the bias of leisure views of college students and the absence of college leisure education.
