(大连理工大学 体育教学部,辽宁 大连 116024) 摘 要:通过对中国篮坛和足坛前掌门人李元伟与阎世铎的传记(《李元伟篮坛风云路》和《忠诚无悔:我与中国足球》)从上任与卸任、与媒体打交道、外教及执教环境以及危机处理4个方面的对比分析,得出以下结论:1)“民间传言+私露口风+正式委任”的任命机制,存在太多主观因素,从长远看不利于篮球、足球发展;2)“管办不分”一定程度上阻碍了篮、足球职业化改革进程;3)篮、足球管理仍以“人治”为主,缺乏“法制”根基。我国足球、篮球运动发展的不同轨迹表明,在改革中谋求发展,在发展中推进改革,是中国体育体制改革必由之路。 |

(Department of Physical Education,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian 116024,China) Abstract: By doing a comparative analysis on autobiographies LI Yuan Wei’s Basketball World and Loyalty without Regrets: Me and Chinese Football written respectively by LI Yuan Wei (head of Chinese Basketball Association) and YAN Shi Duo (former head of Chinese Football Association) in such 4 aspects as taking and leaving office, dealing with the media, foreign coaches and coaching environments as well as crisis handling, the author drew the following conclu-sions: 1) such an appointment mechanism as “folk rumors + private information disclosure + official appointment” is provided with too many subjective factors, not conducive to basketball and football development in the long run; 2) “in-discrete management and execution” has hindered the progress of basketball and football professionalization reform to a certain extent; 3) basketball and football management is still mainly based on “people management”, lacking of a “legal system” foundation. Different tracks of football and basketball development in China indicate that seeking development during reform and boosting reform during development is the inevitable way to sports system reform in China. |
