| （华南师范大学 体育科学学院，广东 广州 510006） 摘 要：通过对体育的科学精神和人文精神的论述，证明二者根源和目的是统一的、相辅相成的。阐述了我国体育在长期的发展过程中，由于各个历史时期的不同原因，体育被军事、政治、金牌等变成实现其目标的工具，体育的科学精神和人文精神被人为的割裂。提出了加强体育的科学精神与人文精神的融通，重建二者的统一，使体育从“工具”回到“玩具”，重归为了人的健康发展这一根本目标服务已刻不容缓。只有这样才能体现体育的真正价值，才能使我国体育事业健康、可持续发展。 |

| （School of Physical Education，South China Normal University，Guangzhou 510006，China） Abstract: By expatiating on the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of sport, the author proved that they have a uni-fied root and purpose, and complement each other. The author elaborated the course of development of sport in China over the years: due to different reasons in various historical periods, sport was dissimilated by military, politics and gold medals, and the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of sport were artificially separated. The author put forward that the followings should be done immediately: strengthen the fusion of the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of sport, and reconstruction their unification, so that sport gets back to “toys” from “tools”, and returns to serving such a fundamen-tal objective as the healthy development of human beings. Only by doing so can the real value of sport be embodied, and the sports undertaking in China be developed in a healthy and sustainable way. |
