社会转型期女性体育生活方式的休闲特征与发展趋势

摘      要：通过论述社会转型期女性体育生活方式的休闲特征，指出今后女性体育生活方式的发展方向与趋势：休闲体育将成为女性终身教育的主要内容；学校体育、单位体育、社区体育和家庭体育将“四体联合”；休闲体育消费等级将不断提升；社会各阶层的女性休闲体育生活方式将出现差异。

Abstract: By expatiating on the leisure characteristics of women’s sports life style in the social transition period, the author pointed out the development orientation and trend of women’s leisure sports life style henceforward: leisure sport will become the main content of lifetime education for women; scholastic sport, cooperate sport, community sport and family sport will be united into a whole; the level of leisure sport consumption will be constantly uplifted; the leisure sports life style of women in all social strata will be differentiated.
