| （中国人民大学 体育部，北京 100872） 摘 要：社会学理论认为，社会化的实质就是角色学习和角色承担。在体育过程中，大学生按照角色期待的“剧本”进行角色扮演和角色学习，内化了社会文化、完善了人格和个性、提高了角色技能，有助于大学生逐渐认知社会对自身的角色期待，通过角色期待认识社会，在体育提供的社会情景中完成向“社会人”角色的过渡。 |

In the process of physical education, college students internalize social cultures, perfect their personality and individu-ality and enhance their role skills by carrying out role playing and role learning according to the “script” expected by roles. It can help students gradually understanding the role of social expectations of their own, through the role of awareness of social expectations, and complete the transition to the “social” role in the community scene which sports offers. |
