珠江三角洲城镇居民休闲体育活动的特征

摘      要：以经济发展水平和小康社会实现水平较高的珠江三角洲地区为例，采用问卷调查，研究城镇居民休闲体育行为的特点和规律，为制定发展对策提供准确、客观的依据。研究发现：珠江三角洲城镇居民休闲体育活动的时段主要集中在晚上、下午和清晨；活动动机以运动健康、健身愉悦为主，活动项目简单易行、时尚性强。居民休闲体育活动的环境意识增强，群体性活动上升，物质型、娱乐享受型休闲体育活动消费现象增多。

Abstract: By taking the Pearl River Delta area for example, where economic development level and comfortably livable society realization level are relative high, and by applying the questionnaire investigation procedure, the au-thors studied the characteristics and patterns of leisure sports activities of residents in cities and towns in order to provide an accurate and objective scientific criterion for establishing development measures, and revealed the fol-lowing findings: as for residents in cities and towns in the Pearl River Delta area, their leisure sports activities mainly happen in the evening, afternoon and early morning, their activity motives are mainly sports for fitness and sports for pleasure, their activity events are simple, feasible and stylish events, and their awareness of the environ-ment for leisure sports activities is enhanced; the quantity of group activities is increasing; there are more and more sings of consumption for material type and enjoyment type leisure sports activities.
