| （中国矿业大学 体育学院，江苏 徐州 221008） 摘 要：对高校体育“三自主”教学产生的问题进行分析。高校体育存在片面强调学生兴趣，项目设置盲目求新、求异，选课存在性别、经济等不平等现象；教学中重技术、轻理论的传授；评价理念落后，内容不全面，方法欠科学等。合理设置与终身体育密切结合的运动项目和新兴、时尚项目作为选修课，加大对体育场馆、器材的投资力度并提高其使用率，重视理论与实践相结合，构建科学合理的教学评价体系等是提高教学效益，构建和谐、可持续发展的高校体育的重要内容。 |

| （College of Physical Education，China University of Mining and Technology，Xuzhou 221008，China） Abstract: The authors analyzed problems produced in “triple independent” college physical education teaching, and drew the following conclusions: in college physical education there are such phenomena as unilateral emphasis on student’s interests, blind pursuit of new and different events in event setup, as well as sexual and economic inequal-ity in course selection; in physical education teaching there are such problems as technique valued and theory de-spised teaching, backward evaluation conceptions, incomprehensive contents, and unscientific methods; Rationally setting up sports events closely combined with lifetime sports as well as emerging and fashionable events as op-tional courses, increasing investments in sports gymnasiums and equipment, enhancing their utilization rate, valuing the combination of theory and practice, and constructing a scientific and rational teaching evaluation system, are important contents in constructing harmonious and development sustainable college physical education. |
