| （Department of Physical Education，Hubei Normal Institute，Huangshi 435002，China） Abstract: The authors analyzed the current state of the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers in Hubei province, found that the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers had such common problems as being undiversified and floppy, and proposed that we should establish a set of complete and scientific selection and evaluation systems, in which the candidates are recommended by basic units, evaluation and employment are combined with administrative appointment, and “performance” evaluation is combined with “effect” evaluation, so as to boost the construction and development of the physical education instructor and researcher team in China. |
