| （深圳职业技术学院 体育部，广东 深圳 518055） 摘 要：首先对中华民族传统体育项目进行了科学的分类，包括化石型、原始型、发育期型、较成熟型和成熟型5类。然后提出了发展建议：建立民族传统体育文化博物馆、建立本民族的特色项目、创立国际“名牌”项目。这样既为有针对性的研究提供一条捷径，又可以为探索民族传统体育的历史进程和建立有中国特色的民族传统体育理论提供有益的帮助。 |

| （Department of Physical Education，Shenzhen Polytechnic，Shenzhen 518055，China） Abstract: The author first classified traditional Chinese sports events scientifically into such 5 categories as fossil type, primitive type, developing type, relatively mature type and mature type, and then made the following sugges-tion for development: We should build traditional national sports culture museums, and establish events with Chi-nese features, and create events known as internationally “famous brands”, thus this article provides not only a shortcut for subject specific researches, but also usable help for probing into the course of historical development of traditional national sport and for establishing traditional national sports theories with Chinese features. |
