细胞骨架及运动性骨骼肌微损伤研究进展

(College of Physical Education & Health,East China Normal University,Shanghai 200062,China) Abstract:The authors summarized the structure and functions of cytoskeleton,and analyzed the importance of cytoskeleton of skeletal muscle in maintaining the normal structure and functions of sarcomere of skeletal muscle.The authors mainly expatiated on the change of cytoskeleton proteins desmin,dystrophin,sarcoglycan,titin and nebulin in skeletal muscle in motion,and discussed the functions of cytoskeleton protein in kinetic micro damage of skeletal muscle.
