| (1.Gymnastics Teaching and Research Section, Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education；2.he Administrative Center of Guangdong Province Skill and Trampoline, Guangzhou 510075,China) Abstract: The authors carried out a systematic analysis on the current situation of trampoline backup talents in Guangdong Province by using methods such as literature data analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey, field observation and theoretical analysis, and revealed the following findings: Phenomena, such as not enough attention paid to the cultivation of backup talents, too few number of athletes being trained, serious lack of linkage between professional and amateur training, still existed in trampoline sport in Guangdong Province; for the development of trampoline sport, the line style linkage in the original training system should be changed into a plane style linkage by referring to the “all in one” training system for gymnastic events.
