| （1．天津师范大学 体育科学学院，天津300074； 2.东北大学秦皇岛分校 体育部，河北 秦皇岛066000；3.秦皇岛外国语职业学院 体育部，河北 秦皇岛066311）摘要：观察康复运动处方对青少年支气管哮喘患者呼吸机能的影响。支气管哮喘患者31例，随机分成A、B两组，A组11例维持已有的药物治疗；B组20例在已有药物治疗基础上实施康复运动处方。两组的观察时间均为12周，对所有患者试验前后的哮喘症状、肺功能及不良反应进行了随访观察和测定。结果：肺活量、肺功能FEV1、PEF明显改善，提示哮喘症状呈逐步稳定状态。喘息、痰量、哮鸣音症状改善有效率分别为A组63.64%、45.45%、54.56%；B组85%、75%、80%。试验所取得的正向效果，证明了康复运动处方对改善和提高青少年支气管哮喘患者的呼吸机能有显著效果。 关键词：康复运动处方； 青少年； 哮喘； 呼吸机能 中图分类号：G804.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2006)01-0058-03 |

| (1.College of Physical Education,Tianjin Normal University,Tianjin 300074,China;2.Department of Physical Education, Northeastem University at Qinhoangdo，Qinhuangdao 066004,China；3.epartment of Physical Education, inhuangdao Foreign Languages Professional College，Qinghuangdao 066311,China) Abstract:To observe the effect of rehabilitation exercise prescription on breathing function of teenage bronchial asthma sufferers.31 bronchial asthma sufferers were divided into Groups A and B randomly; existing medical treatment was maintained for 11 cases in Group A,while rehabilitation exercise prescription was implemented for 20 cases in Group B on the basis of existing medical treatment.During the 12-week period of observation on both groups,the asthma symptom, pulmonary function and adverse reaction of all the sufferers before and after the experiment were tracked,observed and measured.The sufferers' vital capacity,pulmonary function,FEV1 and PEF were improved remarkably,showing a gradually stable condition of asthma symptom.The effective rates of improvement of gasping,amount of expectoration,and symptom of asthmatic wheeze were 63.64%,45.45% and 54.56% respectively for Group A and 85%,75% and 80% respectively for Group B.This experiment has achieved a positive effect and proved that rehabilitation exercise prescription has a remarkable effect on improving and enhancing the breathing function of teenage bronchial asthma sufferers.
