美国体育管理教育的特点及启示

摘要：总结了20世纪80年代以来美国体育管理教育的5个特点：人才培养紧跟市场需求；体育管理教育的规范化；课程设置的标准化；课程内容与时俱进；强调实践与理论的结合。阐述了美国体育管理教育对我国体育管理教育的持续、健康发展的几点启示。

Abstract: The author summarized the following five characteristics of the education of sports management in the United States since the 80’s of the 20th century: the training of talents meets the demand of the market; the education of sports management is normalized; the configuration of curricula is standardized; the contents of curricula are up-to-date; the combination of practice and theory is emphasized. The author brought forward a few points of inspiration in the education of sports management in the United States for the sustainable and healthy development of the education of sports management in China.
