| (College of Physical Edacation, South China Normal University, Guangzhou 510631,China) Abstract: By probing into the introduction and management of foreign players implemented by our country in all previous CBA games,the author pointed out the followings:In respect to the introduction of foreign players in CBA games currently implemented,neither the manner is perfect enough nor the management mode is matured enough;the irrational use of foreign players has also affected the cultivation of backup basketball talents in our country. Accordingly,the author brought forward the ideas to perfect foreign player introduction mode and to establish rational foreign player management and utilization systems,hoping to provide a reference for introducing and managing foreign players in CBA games henceforward for our country.
