| （南京晓庄学院 体育系，江苏 南京210016） 摘要：竞技健美操新规则对于12个难度动作中任意2个不同根命名的难度动作进行连接，且均达到了最低难度完成标准，除难度动作本身分值外，还将得到0.1的连接加分；难度动作缺类，每缺一类减1分在艺术评分细节(操化动作组合、音乐的节奏等)和服装的评分要求等也做了修改。从新规则中的难度完成、艺术创新和感染力、运动员自身表现特点来看，我国竞技健美操编排应在正确选择难度动作和过渡连接动作以及突出竞技健美操的特点等方面努力。 关键词：竞赛规则； 竞技健美操； 编操 中图分类号：G8313文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2005)06-0125-03 |

| (Department of Physical Education，Nanjing Xiaozhuan College，Nanjing 210016，China) Abstract:The new rule has such a new stipulation: in the 12 movements of difficulty,any two movements of difficulty with different group names can be connected and finished as a combination,and if both movements of difficulty in the combination have met the requirement for completion of the movement with the lowest difficulty,0.1 point of connection bonus will be awarded besides the value points of the movements of difficulty themselves,and has made modifications on the details of scoring for artistic express (combination of callisthenic movements,rhythm of music,etc) as well as the requirement for costume scoring. From the perspective of difficulty to be completed,artistic innovation and expression,as well as the performance of the athletes themselves,as required by the new rule,the layout design of competitive calisthenics in China should work on such aspects as selecting movements of difficulty and movements for transitional connection correctly as well as highlighting the characteristics of competitive calisthenics.
