构建我国体育纠纷裁决机制的探讨

摘要：从我国的体育实践出发，对构建与国际体育接轨的，反映体育专业特点的体育纠纷裁决机制进行了初步的探讨。建议尽快制定并出台《体育仲裁条例》、《体育复议条例》，规定申诉办法，成立体育仲裁机构和体育复议机构以及体育法庭，形成具有我国特色的多层次结构的体育纠纷裁决体系。

Abstract: This article discusses adjudicative mechanism about establish athletic disputation in China，suggest that “regulation of athletic arbitration” and “regulation of athletic reconsideration” should be set up as soon as possible, and as well as mechanism of athletic arbitration and mechanism of athletic reconsideration and athletic court, to form a adjudicative mechanism on athletic disputation in china which have some characteristics and more levels.
