对我国新时期市级体育局组织构架的研究

摘要：当前我国市级体育局所设部门之间，存在着不同程度的“各自为政”和职能重叠以及自定规则自行监督等情况。未能根据形势发展的需要，加强和整合体育管理中的信息和监督职能。建议我国市级体育局的局级职能整合为体育训练、体育竞赛与体育产业、体育信息与体育健康、体育安全与监督和体育行政管理5个部分。

Abstract: There are some different “each does things in his own way”and function overlapping in the recently organize structure of city's sports department of China.The functions of information and control are not strengthened and combined according to development of the position. Therefore we suggest thatthe functions of the Chinese city's sports department can be combined into fiveparts: sports train,sports competition, sports industry, sports information and health, sports security and supervise,sports administration.
