新体育课程标准与学生个性的培养

摘要：论述了在新课程标准下，如何针对每个学生不同特征进行教育，正确掌握培养学生的个性心理的基本方法和途径，使学生的个性得到充分发展。

On cultivating students' personality in accordance with new physi cal education standard

Abstract: During the formation of personality, education plays a leadi ng role.As indicated in the new standard for physical education,physical educators will fail to educate students in accordance with their special characteristics w ithout an adequate understanding of their distinctive qualities.Only having a go od mastery of basic techniques for cultivating students' individual characterist ics,as shown in successful experiences,can we help students in developing thei r personality soundly and achieve good results of physical education.
