市场经济条件下的依法治体的研究

摘要：从立法、体育执法、体育法律监督、体育仲裁与司法等几个方面对北京、上海等22个省市的现状进行了调查研究，并提出了相应的对策与建议：以建立有中国特色的体育法律法规体系为目标，进一步加强立法工作；加强体育执法行政队伍建设，强化体育行政执法；完善体育法律监督体系；加强体育普法宣传教育。

Abstract:Using the methods of documents collection and questionnaire,  the present study investigated the current situation of sports industry legisla tion,arbitration,supervision and judicial judge in 22 provinces and cities suc h as Beijing and Shanghai,and proposed some related advice to solve the problem s. The study suggested that with the purpose of constructing a Chinese character ized sports legal system,we must strengthen the legal construction and reinforc e the administration team,the legal supervisor system. More propaganda should b e made to promote the legal administration of the sports industry.
