公共体育场馆经营管理的模式

摘要：在社会主义市场经济体制下，公共体育场馆经营管理模式的建立要以管理体制改革为切入点，以体育场馆经营为核心，以市场为导向进行资源配置，以集约化经济为经营模式，以大型专业物业公司为管理实体，实现体育场馆的区域化和整体性综合经营管理。

Abstract: Under the socialist market economy, the establishment of the management mode of public gyms must start with the reform of management system. The regionalized and integrative management of public gyms is to be realized wit h resources distributed under the guidance of the market,with intensified econom y as its management content and the large-scaled specialized property corporatio n as the management entity.
