“健康第一”教育理念与学校体育改革

摘要： “健康第一”的观点在我国已有半个多世纪的历史，而每个时期又都赋予了“健康第一”以不同的新的内涵。学校体育作为教育的一个重要组成部分，从广义上说“健康第一”应是一种教育观，从狭义上讲“健康第一”应是人一切发展的基础。因此，学校体育改革不仅要紧紧围绕“健康第一”的教育思想，更重要的是要保持学校体育的特点和坚定学校体育的目标。

Abstract: The “Health First” principle has been in China for half a century. In each era, the principle has been given different meanings by the society. As an important part of school education, “health first” is an educational view in a broad way, and it is the base of human development in a narrow way. So, the school physical education reform should not only surround the “health first” opinion,but also keep the characteristics of school education and the goal of school physical education.
