运用录像教学提高武术教学质量

摘要：武术动作大部分以套路出现，动作的变换和路线方位的变换较多，初学时难度较大，因而对教法的运用便提出更高的要求。实践证明录像教学效果明显好于传统教学方法。就武术教学中摄制录像教学的内容选择、稿本编写及教学过程中的运用问题进行阐述。

The application of video to improve teaching quality of Wushu

Abstract: To master a series of actions rapidly is an important factor of stimulating students' learning.There are a series of skills and tricks in Wu shu and great changes in actions and route.It's difficult for beginners,so it re quires higher demand in teaching method.Video teaching plays the most important role in Wushu teaching.
