(烟台师范学院 体育学院,山东 烟台 264025) 摘要:为研究Mg2+对疲劳心脏的保护作用,以离体大鼠心脏为研究对象,采用Langendorff灌流装置对超速驱动的离体心脏施加不同浓度Mg2+的灌流液。结果表明,一定浓度的 Mg2+溶液对离体心脏具有明显的保护作用,表现为心肌乳酸脱氢酶漏出减少,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,丙二醛含量降低,心肌组织和线粒体钙超载减轻。 关键词:镁离子; 超速驱动; 离体大鼠心脏 中图分类号:G804.7文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2004)04-0049-03 |

(Department of Physical Education,Yantai Normal University,Yant ai 264025,China) Abstract: Taking isolated rat hearts as research objective,with the ad option of Langendorff perfusion device,Mg2+ perfusion solution of varied c oncentration is exerted on the overdriven isolated hearts for the research of th e protective function of Mg2+ towards fatigue hearts. The results indicate that Mg2+ solution of certain concentration possesses tangible protective effect on isolated hearts with performances of the decrease of the transudation of myocardium LDH,the increase of the activity of GSH-PX,the decrease of the c ontent of MDA and the alleviation of the calcium overloading in myocardium and m itochondrion.
