孤独与父母教养方式、体育参与的相关研究

摘要：采用UCLA孤独量表、父母教养方式问卷（EMBU）和自编体育锻炼情况调查表对140名大学生进行调查，并对结果进行统计分析，探讨父母教养方式、体育参与对大学生孤独情绪的影响。结果表明：（1）父母亲温暖的情感、理解与大学生的孤独有着显著的负相关；父母亲的拒绝、否认与大学生的孤独有显著的正相关；母亲的惩罚、严厉与学生的孤独呈正相关；（2）体育参与的程度与大学生的孤独情绪呈负相关。

The study on solitude and parent rearing pattern and exercise participation of college students

Abstract:Aim:To study the relationship among solitude、parent rearing pattern and exercise participation of college students.Method:140 college students completed UCLA、EMBU and another questionnaire.Results:Solitude of college students was negatively correlate with warmth and understanding of parents，positively with refusal，rejection，punishment.It also negatively correlates with exercise participation of college students.Conclusion:The pattern of parental rearing has great effect on solitude of their children，parents should pay more attention to it；and college students’exercise participation also has great effect on solitude. So college students may do exercise more activity.
