21世纪师专体育专业学生培养模式的构建与实践

摘要：改革传统的人才培养模式，构建出以学生全面素质教育为核心，以知识教育为主线，以教师技能和能力培养为重点，以培养高素质、厚知识、强能力的应用型中学体育教师为目标的三位一体综合培养模式。该模式通过课堂教学与非课堂教学相结合，理论与实践相结合，知识与能力相结合的有效途径，全面发展学生的素质。经过6年的实践证明，该模式具有培养目标的全面性、培养模式的综合性和培养过程的协调性，且可操作性强，达到了模式设计的预期效果。

The constitution and practice of education model for the college PE major students in 21st century

Abstract:This article has discussed the model which has reformed the traditional education model of qualified personnel and has constituted the tripartite comprehensive education model,which takes it as the centre for the overall quality education of the students,as the mainline for the knowledge education, as the focal point of ability training for being teachers, as the goal of training middle school PE teachers of high quality,rich knowledge and strong ability.The quality of the students has fully been developed by way of the combination of the teaching inside and outside of the classroom, the combination of theory and practice, and the combination of knowledge and ability. After six years of practice, it proves to be overall for the training goal, comprehensive for the training model, coordinated for the training process and easy to operate.It finally arrives at what the model is designed to be.
