以“人文奥运”理念促进高校体育教学改革

摘要：借助北京“人文奥运”的理念，突出“以人为本”、普及奥林匹克精神，简要论述了在高校体育教学改革中，应加强对学生的人格教育、个性教育，培养学生进取精神的意义和方法。

Abstract: In virtue of the idea of “human-culture Olympic”, standing out of “human being the root”, popularizing the spirits of Olympic, this article briefly discussed that university students' personality and individuality education should be strengthened in college and university physical education reform, and the significane and the methods of culturing students' enterprising spirits.
