Lacking in clearing guilding developmental atomsphere and training talant system are the existing questions in training method of high level basketball talent. So the method must bring forth new ideas and the purpose is development of people in an all round ways. The article put forward some points and suggest ions on the inproving and reforming in chinese colleges basketball.
