Abstract: The paper utilized the methods of reference data and field investigation and summarized the theoretical basis on development research of northwest-national-minorities-tradition-physical -education.The paper revealed for the major problems during practical procession. The main aim is to offer objective bases for the concerning department formulating policy and make perfect development on national-physical-education. Therefore it can pushed forward for the longrun developing of northwest-national-minorities-tradition-physical-education.
