高校健美操课程领域的拓展

摘要：以健美操课程改革为实例，从3个方面探索拓展高校健美操课程领域的新途径；对正规课程教学内容的拓展，由正规课程向非正规课程拓宽，由显性课程向隐性课程拓宽。

Widening field of curriculum of aerobics exercises in colleges and universities

Abstract: By taking the example of the curriculum reform in our college’s aerobics exercises teaching, the article explores the new ways of the curriculum teaching content; widening from regular curriculum to irregular one; widening from dominant curriculum to recessive one.
