优秀竞技健美操运动员力量素质和柔韧素质指标

摘要：通过对参加“1998年第4届世界健美操锦标赛”的男女运动员力量素质和柔韧素质指标的测试，对运动员力量素质和柔韧素质的现状与特点进行分析与比较，拟建立优秀竞技健美操运动员的力量素质和柔韧素质优化模型，为运动员的科学选材提供参考。
