Test education makes teachers pay more attention to skill teaching and results and less to psychological guidance. It is difficult to improve the education level and carry out quality education. On the basis of the infiltrating principle of psychological education, the author suggests that psychology education be infiltrated through the process of arousing motivation, fostering interest and habit of physical education.
