摘 要：红色体育文化研学是传承红色基因、落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。基于教育生态学视角，厘清红色体育文化资源与教育生态系统的内在关联，探究红色体育文化研学课程的协同开发与实施机制。研究认为，红色体育文化可作为研学课程的特色优质资源，在适应与发展中凝聚系统向心力、在共生与调适中提升系统适配度、在平衡与重构中增强系统适应性。综合运用泰勒原理，科学构建“目标维度-核心素养”的对应关系，精准匹配学生发展需求，系统整合“红色文化+体育实践+生态资源”的内容体系，统筹推进实施过程各关键环节，将提升学生“运动能力、健康行为、体育品德”三维目标禀赋权重评价红色体育研学育人成效。据此，提出遵循教育生态位规律，打造“政校企与产学研”协同开发模式；激活“红色文化符号”的内生动力，推动红色文化符号的传承与创新表达；完善运行机制的生态协同力，系统化推进多元主体高效联动。

A study on collaborative development and implementation mechanism of research and study courses of red sports culture resources from the perspective of educational ecology

Abstract: Red sports culture research and study is an important carrier for inheriting the red gene and fulfilling the fundamental task of moral education. Based on the perspective of educational ecology, it is necessary to clarify the intrinsic connection between red sports culture resources and the educational ecosystem, and also to explore the collaborative development and implementation mechanism of red sports culture research and study courses. This research suggests that red sports culture can be regarded as a distinctive and high-quality resource for research and study courses, which can gather systemic centripetal force in adaptation and development, enhance the system's adaptability in symbiosis and adjustment, and strengthen the system's adaptability in balance and reconstruction. By comprehensively applying Taylor's principle, the research and study courses should be scientifically designed to precisely match students' development needs in the "goal dimension-core literacy", and systematically integrate the content system of "red culture + sports practice + ecological resources", and comprehensively promote the implementation of key links, and the effectiveness of red sports research and study in educating students should be evaluated by enhancing the weight of the three-dimensional goals of "sports ability, healthy behavior, and sports morality". Based on this, it has been proposed that the laws of educational ecology should be followed to create a collaborative development model of "government-school-enterprise • research-industry-university"; activating the endogenous power of "red culture symbols" to promote the inheritance and innovative expression of red culture symbols; and improving the ecological synergy power of the operational mechanism to systematically promote the efficient interaction among multiple subjects.
