摘 要：在体育治理现代化的背景下，社会力量办赛事已成为提升体育赛事服务质量的核心议题。采用文献资料、案例分析、逻辑推理等方法，以共生理论为分析框架，基于社会力量与群众性体育赛事共生问题，提出社会力量办赛事的实践路径。研究认为，社会力量与群众性体育赛事融合共生符合历史演进与理论探索的双重逻辑，但在协同办赛中面临共生单元协同承接能力受限、共生界面要素交互渠道不畅、共生环境外部配套建设乏力和共生模式合作互惠机制失衡的困境。提出激活融合共生能力生成机制、打通融合共生能力传导渠道、完善融合共生能力分配模式、营造融合共生有利外部环境等实践进路。

How can social forces and mass sports events achieve integration and symbiosis
——Based on the analysis framework of symbiosis theory

Abstract: In the context of modernization of sports governance, the involvement of social forces in organizing sports events has become a core issue for improving the service quality of sports events. By using the methods of literature review, case analysis, and logical reasoning, based on the analysis framework with symbiosis theory, this study proposes related practical approaches to the issue of symbiosis between social forces and mass sports events. Research suggests that the integration and symbiosis of social forces and mass sports events conform to the dual logic of historical evolution and theoretical exploration, however, in the process of collaboratively organizing sports events, it faces some predicaments such as limited collaborative undertaking capacity of symbiotic units, poor smooth interaction channels for symbiotic interface elements, weak external supporting construction of the symbiotic environment, and an imbalance in the cooperative and mutually beneficial mechanism of the symbiotic model. Given that above, practical approaches have been proposed including activating the generative mechanism of integration and symbiosis capabilities, unblocking the transmission channels of integration and symbiosis capabilities, improving the distribution model of integration and symbiosis capabilities, as well as creating a favorable external environment for integration and symbiosis.
