摘 要：全球文明倡议作为我国为复杂世界贡献的又一重要公共产品，有效超越了西方社会将文明议题意识形态化、工具化倾向，既彰显中国负责任的大国形象，也为促进人类文明进步贡献了中国智慧，更为推动建设开放包容的世界明确了方向。当前，全球文明倡议国际传播面临文化认知壁垒与话语释义困境、国际舆论格局失衡与话语传播困境、传播效能与实力匹配困境、受众接受困境等多重现实挑战。体育人文交流所具备的具身性、通约性和情感性等特性，与全球文明倡议在内在逻辑上存在高度同构性，使其在推动全球文明倡议国际传播中展现出多元功能禀赋。具体而言，体育人文交流通过话语重构、情感联结、平台搭建等多重路径，有效丰富了全球文明倡议国际传播的议程设置，显著提升了其传播渗透力与亲和力。以体育人文交流为载体促进全球文明倡议国际传播，需在创新议题表达、协同传播矩阵构建、数字技术赋能与青年化阐释深度融合上持续发力，进而推动全球文明倡议在国际社会获得更高认可度与更广泛影响力。

Internal mechanism and practical approach of promoting the global civilization initiative and international communication through sports and cultural exchanges

Abstract: As another significant public good contributed by China to a world fraught with turmoil and change, the global civilization initiative effectively transcends the inherent tendency of Western societies to ideologize and instrumentalize civilization discourse, which not only showcases China's image as a responsible major power, but also contributes Chinese wisdom to advancing human civilization, and then clarifies a distinct direction for building an open and inclusive world. Nowadays, the international communication of the global civilization initiative faces multiple practical challenges such as cultural cognitive barriers and discourse interpretation difficulties, imbalance of international public opinion patterns and discourse communication difficulties, communication efficiency and strength matching difficulties, and audience acceptance difficulties. The embodied, universal, and emotional characteristics of sports and cultural exchanges exhibit high structural similarity with the intrinsic logic of the global civilization initiative, enabling them to leverage their multifaceted functional advantages in advancing the initiative's international dissemination. Specifically, through multiple pathways including discourse reconstruction, emotional connection, and platform building, sports and cultural exchanges effectively enrich the agenda setting for the international dissemination of the global civilization initiative, evidently enhancing its communicative penetration and appeal. To leverage sports and cultural exchanges as a vehicle for advancing the global civilization initiative's international dissemination, sustained efforts are needed in innovating thematic expressions, building collaborative dissemination matrices, integrating digital technology empowerment, and deepening youth-oriented interpretations, which will propel the global civilization initiative toward greater recognition and broader influence within the international community.
