乡村体育教师岗位需求与体育教育专业本科课程优化 ——基于全国30所地方院校的调查

      要:基于乡村体育教师的岗位需求,探讨了地方院校体育教育专业本科课程设置存在的适配性问题及优化策略。研究认为,乡村体育教师的岗位需求体现在:坚守乡村体育教育事业的职业信念,适应乡村学校条件的专业教育能力,胜任乡村学校复合教育的综合型素质,契合乡村教师职业生态的专业发展能力。然而,现行体育教育专业本科课程设置与上述需求存在适配性问题,其表现为:通识教育课未能充分关联体育教师职业,专业主干课缺乏构建全面知识体系,专业拓展课忽略乡村体育教育特定内容,教师教育课难以培育乡村复合教育素质。据此提出:通识教育必修课应联系教师职业发展,选修课需嵌入乡村工作环境;学科基础课应拓宽知识边界,专业必修课需塑造全面专业能力;专业选修课应回应乡村体育教育需求,选项课需契合体育教师岗位差异;教师教育必修课应优化知识结构,选修课需拓展乡村学校复合教育知识。

Position requirements of rural physical education teachers and optimization for the curriculum of undergraduate physical education major

Abstract: Based on the position requirements of rural physical education teachers, this paper discusses the adaptation problems and optimization strategies of curriculum design for the undergraduate physical education major at local colleges and universities. The research suggests that the position requirements for rural physical education teachers are reflected in vocational conviction to remain committed to the cause of rural physical education, professional educational competencies to adapt to the conditions of rural schools, comprehensive competencies for implementing composite education in rural schools, and professional development competencies that align with the professional ecology of rural teachers. However, the current curriculum design of undergraduate physical education major exhibits alignment issues with the aforementioned demands, which is manifested as the general education course fail to link adequately with the profession of physical education teachers, the major core courses lack the construction of a comprehensive knowledge system, the professional development courses neglect the specific content of rural physical and health education, and the teacher education courses are inadequate for cultivating the multifaceted educational competencies required in rural schools. Therefore, it is proposed that the compulsory general education curricula should be integrated with the professional development of teachers, and the elective curricula should be embedded in the rural working environment; foundational discipline curricula should be expanded the boundaries of knowledge, and major core curricula should be built comprehensive professional competencies; the major elective curricula should be designed to address the needs of rural physical and health education, and the program elective curricula should be aligned with the diverse demands of physical education teacher positions; the required teacher education curricula should be optimized the knowledge structure, and the elective curricula should be expanded the integrated knowledge in education of rural schools.
