摘 要：新时代我国教育肩负着“努力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”的重任。在“五育”中，体育与美育占两育，在全面育人中具有不可或缺的重要地位。立足于新时代“五育并举”的育人要求，聚焦体美融合，以音乐、美术、戏曲3类富含体美互动属性的经典艺术形式为实践媒介，剖析其“以体育人、以美润心”的融合机理，探讨其促进青少年全面发展的内在逻辑与实践路径，以期为培养身心和谐、全面发展的时代新人提供参考。

Exploration on logic and path on integration of physical and aesthetic education

Abstract: In the new era, China's education shoulders the critical mission of "cultivating a new generation capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation, and fostering socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor." Of the "five-fold education", physical education and aesthetic education constitute two essential components and also play an indispensable role in all-around development. Based on the educational requirements of "integration of five-fold education" in the new era, focusing on the integration of physical education and aesthetic education, and using music, art, and traditional Chinese opera as practical media that inherently exhibit interactive attributes between physical and aesthetic education, this study analyses the integration mechanism of "cultivate character through physical education and enrich the mind through aesthetic education," exploring the internal logic and practical pathways for promoting the all-round development of adolescents, so that providing references for cultivating a new generation with harmonious physical and mental development, as well as all-round development.
