摘 要:以马克思主义“非异化实践”为理论依据,建立“目的—过程—关系”三维分析框架,并运用此框架对一些学校实践情况进行质性分析,以系统揭示体育家庭作业异化的结构特征与生成机制。研究认为:体育家庭作业的异化集中表现为三重偏离:目的上从“人的发展”窄化为“数据管理”,过程上从“自由实践”蜕变为“强制劳动”,关系上从“家校共育”扭曲为“责任转嫁”。为突破困境,融合马克思主义“人的自由而全面发展”思想、中华“身心合一”的修养智慧以及中国化马克思主义体育战略观的演进逻辑等思想资源,提出重建“主体性实践”为核心的复归路径,旨在推动体育家庭作业的根本性复归。

From passive exercise to subjectivity practice: Alienation and restoring on physical education homework

Abstract: Taking the “non-alienated practice” of the Marxist as the theoretical foundation, this study constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of “purpose- process-relationship” to qualitatively analyze the practical conditions at partial schools, to systematically reveal the structural characteristics and generative mechanisms of alienation in physical education homework. The research finds that the alienation in physical education homework manifests in three major deviations: in terms of purpose, narrowing from “human development” to “data management”, and in terms of propose, shifting from “free practice” to “compulsory labor”, and in terms of relationships, distorting from “home-school cooperation” to “responsibility shifting”. To overcome these challenges, the study integrates thoughtful resources including Marxist thoughts on “the free and all-round development of human”, the Chinese philosophical concept of “unity of body and mind”, and the Marxist sports strategy from a Chinese perspective, and propose a restorative path centered on the reconstruction of “subjective practice”, so as to fundamentally promote the restoration of physical education homework.
