摘 要：文化自觉引领下，传统体育文化共情传播作为重要的情感联结载体，对凝聚共同价值与塑造集体认同具有深远意义。运用文献研究、深度访谈等方法，探讨传统体育文化共情传播铸牢中华民族共同体意识的时代效能、主要阻滞与破解路径。研究认为，铸牢过程展现出认同凝聚、情感联结、协同共治、文明互鉴的时代效能；但同时面临结构性偏离削弱共同价值传递渗透力、同质化生产疏散文化主体标识凝聚力、区隔化通路制约共情场域情感辐射力、仪式性参与消解共同体意识联结纽带的多重阻滞。破解路径：主体自觉培育，培育多主体共情素养以疏通传递链路；内容自觉创新，促成分殊化话语叙事以强化凝聚效能；空间自觉合意，打造矩阵式传递网络以拓展联结深度；实践自觉激活，构建内化型身份认同以筑牢认同通路。

Efficacy, blocking and solution of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation through empathetic communication by traditional sports culture

Abstract: Guided by cultural awareness, the empathetic communication of traditional sports culture as an important emotional link, holds profound significance for consolidating common values and shaping collective identity. Employing the methods such as literature research and in-depth interviews, this study explores the contemporary efficacy, major obstacles, and solution paths of empathetic communication of traditional sports culture in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. The research argues that this forging process demonstrates contemporary effectiveness such as identity cohesion, emotional connection, collaborative governance, and cultural mutual learning; however, it also faces multiple obstacles including structural deviations weaken the penetration of shared value transmission, homogenized production disperses the cohesive power of cultural subject identity, segregated channels restrict the emotional radiation of empathetic fields, and ritualistic participation undermines the connecting bond of community awareness. Corresponding solutions are proposed as follows: cultivate subject awareness by enhancing the empathetic literacy of multiple subjects to smooth the transmission path; innovate content awareness by constructing differentiated discourse narratives to strengthen the cohesive effect; optimize spatial awareness by building a matrix-style transmission network to deepen the depth of connection; and activate practical awareness by forging internalized identity to consolidate the pathway of recognition.
