摘 要：全球体育是一个与全球治理紧密耦合的复杂社会生态系统。当前，全球体育治理面临格局失衡、机制僵化、效能不彰与秩序失序等多重现实困境，其根源在于以西方中心主义和命令控制为特征的传统治理范式已然失效。立足于构建人类命运共同体的时代背景，提出应将全球体育视为一个复杂适应系统，并致力于构建一个以“共生共赢”为引导理念、以“多元主体-互动规则-资源流动-支持环境”四位一体为系统结构、以“协同-数据驱动-适应性学习”为运行机制的全球体育生态系统。通过理念重塑、结构重组、过程重构与制度调适的中国路径，以期破解全球体育治理困境、推动全球体育健康可持续发展。

Research on construction and governance for global sports ecosystem under the perspective of the community with a shared future for mankind

Abstract: Global sports is a complex social ecosystem and also closely coupled with global governance. Currently, global sports governance is confronted with multiple actual predicaments such as an unbalanced pattern, rigid mechanisms, poor effectiveness and disorderly order, an the root cause lies in the fact that the traditional governance paradigm characterized by Western centrism and command and control has become ineffective now. Based on the background of building the community with a shared future for mankind, this paper proposes that global sports should be regarded as a complex adaptive system and endeavors to construct a global sports ecosystem with the concept of "coexistence and win-win" as the guiding principle, a four-in-one system structure of "multiple subjects - interaction rules - resource flow - supporting environment", and a running mechanism of "coordination - data-driven - adaptive learning". On this basis, the research further puts forward Chinese pathways including concept reshaping, structure reorganization, process reconstruction, and institutional adjustment, aiming to break through the present predicament of global sports governance and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of global sports.
