从国际经验到本土实践:医学教育全周期体医融合人才培养的中国路径探索

      要:在医学教育全周期中构建分层接续、能力导向的体医融合人才培养体系,是践行“四新”教育变革,推动健康治理由疾病诊疗向健康促进跃迁的关键路径。采用文献资料、案例分析等方法,梳理国外体医融合人才本科、研究生、继续教育全周期的培养经验。研究发现本科阶段主要依托整合教学资源和开设标准化的专业课程,培养医学本科生具备运动锻炼医学基础认知。研究生教育阶段强调临床应用、诊断逻辑和临床决策能力的培养,通过专业建设培养具备认知进阶、能力迁移和临床胜任力的体医融合高级专门人才。继续教育阶段着重推动运动处方培训纳入医疗卫生专业人员的继续教育体系,建立住院医师向运动锻炼医学专科医师转型发展的路径。结合我国健康治理模式和医学教育体系,建立中国特色体医融合人才培养体系,应该加强专业教材及课程体系建设,推动医学院校开设体医融合本科通识课程。在医学门类中增设临床运动医学硕士专业,培养服务临床实践的高级专门人才。在卫生专业技术人员的继续教育培训中嵌入体医融合板块,推动体医融合人才培养在医学教育全周期的制度嵌入。

From international experience to domestic practice: Exploration ofChina’s pathway to cultivate full-cycle talent cultivation on integration of sports and medicine in medical education

Abstract: Constructing a hierarchical continuation and competency-oriented talent cultivation system for the integration of sports and medicine across the full cycle in medical education, is a critical pathway to implement the Four-New educational reform and advance health governance from disease treatment to health promotion. Using the methods of literature review and case analysis, this study synthesizes international experiences in undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing education related to the integration of sports and medicine with full cycle. The findings indicate that at the undergraduate stage, primarily relying on integrating teaching resources and developing standardized curricula to build foundational knowledge in exercise and sports medicine for cultivating medical undergraduates. At the postgraduate education stage, emphasizing the ability cultivation with clinical application, diagnostic reasoning, and decision-making, aiming to cultivate advanced professional talents in the integration of sports and medicine who holds cognitive progression, transferable skills, and clinical competence by the means of professional construction. At the continuing education stage, focusing on embedding exercise prescription training into continuing education system for medical and health personnel, and establishing transformation development pathways for residents to transition into specialists in sports and exercise medicine. Drawing onChina’s health governance model and medical education system, this work proposes establishing a context-specific framework for the integration of sports and medicine inChina, which includes strengthening textbook and curriculum development and introducing general education courses on integration of sports and medicine in medical schools. Creating a Master’s degree in clinical exercise medicine in the medical category to cultivate advanced clinical talents serving for clinical practice. Incorporating the integrative modules of sports and medicine into continuing education and training for professional technical personnel in health, to facilitate the institutional embedding of the integration of sports and medicine across the full-cycle medical education inChina.
