摘 要：借鉴密西根大学“竞技卓越、学术共生、社区融合”三位一体的体育文化生态建设经验，结合中国制度优势与高等教育后发特点，探讨中国大学体育文化生态体系。研究认为，中国可从4个关键领域突破：文化基因层融合书院体育传统与红色体育精神，开发特色课程；制度层创新学分机制与风险共担模式，破解体教融合难题；行为层打造“校园—校友—社区”互动网络，构建多元参与行动体系；环境层结合地域特色发展体育项目，设立试点。通过制度创新与文化建设，能够构建出具有中国特色的大学体育文化生态体系，为高等教育现代化注入体育文化新动能。

International insight and the Chinese pathway on the construction of cultural ecology for university sports

Abstract: Drawing on the experience of the University of Michigan’s three in one sports culture ecology construction of “competitive excellence, academic symbiosis, and community integration”, combined with the institutional advantages ofChinaand the latecomer characteristics of higher education, the case analysis method is adopted by the research to discuss ecological system of sports culture for Chinese universities. The results show that China could make breakthroughs in four key areas: integrating the sports traditions of academies and the red sports spirit at the cultural gene level to develop characteristic courses; innovating the credit mechanism and risk-sharing model at the institutional level to solve the problems of integration of sports and education; the behavioral layer building an interactive network of "campus-alumni-community", and then constructing a multi-participation action system; the environmental layer should develop sports projects in line with regional characteristics, and then setting up pilot projects. This research holds that through institutional innovation and cultural construction, an university sports culture ecosystem with Chinese characteristics could be established, so as to inject new impetus of sports culture into the modernization of higher education.
