摘 要:公众参与是我国大型体育赛事提高治理水平和释放综合效益的必要路径。研究旨在揭示我国大型体育赛事公众参与的时代价值,构建我国大型体育赛事公众参与体系内容,探讨促进我国大型体育赛事公众参与的行动策略。研究认为,我国大型体育赛事公众参与有利于推动我国赛事成果共享理念的接续和发展、满足后城市时代公众参与赛事的内在需求、响应国际体育组织对公众参与的关注强调、满足大型体育赛事可持续发展的客观需要。研究构建了包括参与主体、参与内容、参与保障和参与程度4个维度在内的大型体育赛事公众参与体系。行动策略包括:培育赛事参与主体,强化认知基础,提升参与能力;整合赛事参与内容,嵌入公众决策,优化内容协同;完善赛事参与保障,构建制度框架,健全保障体系;推进赛事参与深度,保障信息透明,深化反馈机制。

The times value, system construction and action strategy of public participation in major sport events inChina

Abstract: Public participation is the necessary way to improve the governance level and release comprehensive benefits for major sport events inChina. This study aims to reveal the times value of public participation in major sport events inChina, to construct the system content of the public participation in major sport events inChina, and to discuss the action strategy to promote public participation in major sport events inChina. The research holds that public participation in major sport events in China is conducive to promote the continuation and development of the sharing concept of events results in China, to meet the internal needs of public participation events in the post-urban era, to respond to the attention and emphasis of international sports organizations on public participation, and to meet the objective needs of the sustainable development of major sport events. The public participation system of major sport events including four dimensions such as participation subjects, participation contents, participation guarantee and participation degree, has been established in this work. Its action strategy includes as follows: cultivating participation subjects for the events, strengthening cognitive basis, and improving participation ability; integrating the participation contents of the events, embedding public decision-making, and optimizing content coordination; improving the participation guarantee of the events, building an institutional framework, and improving the guarantee system; promoting the participation depth of the events, ensuring the transparency of information, and deepening the feedback mechanism.
